Claire has over 20 years’ experience as a service management consultant, trainer, speaker and author. She is the founder of Scopism, specialising in publications, events and consultancy focused on Service Integration and Management (SIAM). She led the team that created the SIAM Foundation and Professional Bodies of Knowledge and established the global SIAM community. Since 2018, she has been recognised by Computer Weekly as one of the most influential women in UK tech and was named an HDI Top 25 Thought Leader in 2024.
