Claire Agutter is interested in anything that helps IT work better. With more than two decades of experience as a service management consultant, trainer, speaker and author, she is the founder of Scopism, which focuses on publications, events and consultancy linked to Service Integration and Management (SIAM). She recruited and led the team of volunteers that created the SIAM Foundation and Professional Bodies of Knowledge and created the online SIAM community. Every year since 2018, she has been nominated by Computer Weekly as one of the most influential women in UK tech and in 2024 was one of the HDI Top 25 Thought Leaders, as well as being shortlisted for Computing’s Women in Tech Excellence Founder/Entrepreneur award.

Tim Mills has worked in various Service Management roles for almost 30 years and across many different industries, managing and transforming IT Services across both insourced and outsourced support environments. He founded a boutique Service Management Consultancy, The ITSM People in 2014, with the aim of providing world class tool and framework agnostic ITSM related advisory services. The business has developed and grown over the past 11 years, resulting in a tight-knit team of highly experienced and equally passionate Service Management consultants, supporting big brand clients across the private and public sector in all manner of Service Management work, specialising in benchmarking assessments and transformational improvement activities.
